1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GCV’s websites, forms, content, and services (“Services”), you agree to these
Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).

provided by independent third parties.
4. No Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice
GCV is not a registered investment advisor, broker?dealer, tax advisor, or law firm. Information we

6. Pricing, Quotes, & Fees
Quotes are based on then?current market conditions and are subject to change until an order is
confirmed by GCV in writing.
You agree to pay all applicable spreads, shipping, insurance, processing, storage, and
custodian/depository fees disclosed at or before
the time of transaction. Orders may be subject to cancellation if payment is not received within stated
timeframes.
7. Orders, Shipping, & Title
Orders are binding upon GCV’s written confirmation. Title to items shipped passes upon delivery by the
carrier to your designated address.

13. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW, GCV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
AND GCV AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GCV, its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising
out of your use of the Services
or violation of this Agreement.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be resolved by binding
arbitration in Beverly Hills,
California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and GCV waive jury trial rights.
You may seek individual relief only.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict?of?laws
principles.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Effective
Date” above.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
